Mastercard Foundation Associates Program – Now Open
Applications are open for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program, offering 12‑month paid placements for young graduates across Africa, including refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
The program provides hands‑on work experience, mentorship, and employability training to support a successful transition into the workforce.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates with 0–2 years’ work experience
- Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumni
- Alumni of other Mastercard Foundation programs
- Young people aged 18–35 across Africa
