Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) Call for Applications

The Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) combines refugee resettlement and economic immigration. It’s a pathway that helps skilled refugees immigrate to Canada through existing economic programs and gives employers access to a new pool of qualified candidates to fill job openings.

Any refugee who meets the minimum eligibility criteria is welcome to apply. i.e., They must:
1. Be a recognized refugee in Kenya
2. Be Between 21-55 years of age
3. Have completed High School education
4. Have completed and been paid for 1-year experience in the field for which they are applying.

DAFI TERTIARY EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS

Windle International Kenya, in partnership with UNHCR, invites applications for suitably qualified refugee candidates who reside in Kenya for the DAFI 2024 Tertiary Education Scholarships.

The scholarship covers tuition and fees associated with the academic course of the scholars.

“Leadership for Africa” Programme for Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Uganda: Master’s Degree Scholarships in Germany

“Leadership for Africa” offers scholarships for Master studies in Germany to qualified applicants in all fields of study except for medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, law, fine arts and architecture. The scholarship includes:
• German language course (up to 6 months) in Germany before the start of the university studies
• Tuition-free M.A. or M.Sc. degree programme at a public or state-recog[1]nized university in Germany starting in winter term 2025 (September/October 2025) • Additional mandatory training programme LEAD!
