Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold original UNHCR Proof of Registration and a Government of Kenya Refugee ID Card
- Be 18–25 years old and currently living in Kenya and have continuously resided in the country for at least 3 years
- Have completed secondary school, with original certificates, result slips, and any other academic documents
- Demonstrate English or French proficiency (oral and written)
- Be single (unmarried) with no children
- Be facing barriers to accessing or completing undergraduate education
- Be self‑reliant, mature, and suitable for integration in Canada as an individual
