This includes:

• Registration Portal for Sudanese seeking new registration with UNHCR
• “My UNHCR” portal to renew your UNHCR card on the month of its expiry date
• “My UNHCR” portal to check and request your residency appointment
• “My UNHCR” portal to change your registered phone number
• The Refugee Status Determination (RSD) website to check the status of your RSD case
• The Resettlement portal to check the status of your resettlement case
