The Family Planning Association of Trinidad and Tobago (FPATT) is an NGO providing sexual and reproductive healthcare services since 1956, advancing the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in the country.
FPATT has established safe spaces to access healthcare services delivered by trusted, reliable healthcare providers. Their static clinics are designed to foster the feeling of safety, confidentiality and high-quality service. All clinics offer private, fully enclosed reception, triage, and examination areas.

Family Planning Association of Trinidad and Tobago launched a Hotline service for survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV), persons living with HIV and AIDS, persons with disabilities, sex workers, adolescent mothers, members of the LGBTQI+ community and other vulnerable and marginalised groups. The service provides basic counselling support and information on services in both Spanish and English.
