Exploitation and abuse are never justified

In times of crisis, people rely on humanitarian assistance for support, protection, and services. This assistance must always be provided with dignity and respect and must never involve any form of exploitation or abuse, including sexual favors.

Women, girls, children, men, boys, older persons, and persons with disabilities—all have the right to receive humanitarian services and assistance free of charge in a safe environment.

Your voice matters, and reporting helps protect you and others.

You can report any misconduct by humanitarians including sexual exploitation and abuse directly to any UNHCR or partner staff, by calling the UNHCR Lebanon National Call Center at 04726111 or by contacting through  the Online Contact Form. You can also reach out to someone you trust in your community such as Outreach Volunteers. You can also contact the UNHCR Inspector General’s Office by filling out the online form. For more information, visit Report Sexual Exploitation and Abuse – UNHCR Lebanon.
