Painful life experiences can affect the mental health of anyone, anytime. By listening to, and encouraging each other to seek support when needed, we can all play an important role in improving our individual and collective wellbeing.

You can access information on mental health and psychosocial support services here. The services are free of charge or offered at very low cost.

If you are feeling depressed and stressed, the Ministry of Public Health offers a free of charge and confidential five week mental health support programme aimed at helping people deal with difficult emotions and stress. It is delivered through an app, with weekly phone support from trained helpers. You can access it through this link.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, you can call the National Lifeline at📞1564 for a safe space to talk with qualified operators, trained and supervised by health professionals.
