If you have not been selected by UNHCR and WFP to receive cash for basic needs or food starting December 2023, you can submit a claim for reconsideration between 30 October and 11 December 2023.
Claims can be submitted through:

- UNHCR Call Center at 04726111, Monday to Friday- 8 AM to 5 PM;
- WFP Call Center at 1526, Monday to Saturday – 8 AM to 7 PM; or
- With support of selected UNHCR, WFP and partner staff, including ones at UNHCR reception centers.
Only submit one claim per family. Submitting more than one claim will not increase your chances of being considered, instead it will delay the selection process.
Your claim and information will be analyzed by UNHCR and WFP and a limited number of families may subsequently be included in the assistance programme.
Please note that submitting a claim does not lead to automatic inclusion to assistance. Only families who are not included in any assistance programme starting December 2023 can be considered for selection through this process.
UNHCR and WFP will inform you of the outcome of your claim latest by February 2024.
