Temporary closure: Enrolment centres and cash helpline – 1st of April

Please note that April 1st is a holiday for Caritas Moldova. As a result, no appointments are scheduled for that day for the Enrolment Centres in Balti, Ungheni, Donduseni, and Orhei. The HotLine will also be closed that day. However, colleagues from CDA and other entities will continue their regular activities.

Services interruption

There will be a system upgrade during the period of 3-18 April. Some services related to UNHCR cash program, may be disrupted during this period and will be fully available after 18 April. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Enrolment centres

Due to a systems upgrade, Căușeni, Orhei and Ungheni Enrolment Centres will be available only for legal assistance and counseling from April 3 to 5. While the Enrolment Centres in Donduseni, Bălți, Cahul will be available only for legal assistance and counseling from April 10 to 12.
