Without valid legal status in Moldova, you will not receive UNHCR cash assistance.
This update is necessary because to receive UNHCR cash assistance beneficiaries requiere to have valid legal status in Moldova. For persons who do not have it, due to reasons beyond their control, their situation will be reviewed individually.
When you receive your next invitation for the verification interview, please bring the documents of all family members proving their legal stay in Moldova. These may include: temporary Protection documents; short-term or long-term residence permits; asylum-seeker documentation; refugee status documentation; humanitarian residence permits; or any other document issued by the Moldovan authorities confirming legal stay in Moldova.
Please note that if your household does not have legal status in Moldova, or if you have not extended your Temporary Protection status, this may affect your participation in UNHCR cash assistance.
