Do not pay any fees or commissions to anyone for helping you withdraw your assistance.
Always remember: humanitarian assistance is free of charge.
You should not pay any fees or provide money, sexual favours, or any service in exchange for assistance.
When withdrawing your assistance:
- Keep your PIN confidential and never share it with anyone.
- Make sure no one is watching you enter your PIN.
- Do not accept help from unknown individuals at ATMs.
- Check the amount received and keep your receipt before leaving.
- If you face any problem, contact the bank or the organization providing the assistance directly. Do not rely on intermediaries.
