Sometimes when we are going through difficult times, we think smoking, alcohol, drugs, or relaxants are the answer. But our bodies continue to develop up until age 25 and beyond, and these types of substances are very harmful.

    • All types of smoking, even electronic cigarettes, vape, or hookah, suffocate your developing body
    • Even a little alcohol can lead to lack of focus, bad memory, and mood swings
    • Relaxants and drugs actually keep your body feeling pressured

Smoking, Alcohol, Relaxants, and drugs are traps for addiction. Instead, try talking to someone you trust, staying physically active, limiting exposure to distressing news, and spending some time outdoors each day for fresh air.
