From 3 July 2023, if you are eligible for a housing attestation, you can request it by calling the UNHCR National Call Center at 📞04726111 and expect to receive it through an 📨SMS sent to your mobile phone (smartphone only). You can also request it through the nearest Khadamaty. Please note it is NOT possible to request a housing attestation at UNHCR Reception Centers.
