If you are facing an emergency, such as arrest, violence, or another urgent protection concern, call or send an SMS to: +213 661 69 68 41
Calls are answered by UNHCR staff from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Outside these hours, you will hear an automatic message in Arabic, French and English. You will be asked to send an SMS. If you cannot send an SMS, you can leave a voice message.
UNHCR will review all messages and contact you if follow-up is needed.
