  • Calls are answered by UNHCR staff from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Outside these hours, you will hear an automatic message in Arabic, French and English.
  • You will be asked to send an SMS. If you cannot send an SMS, you can leave a voice message.

UNHCR will review all messages and contact you if follow-up is needed.
