Labour mobility pathways

Employment pathways allow refugees to move to another country for work through a legal job opportunity.

To access an employment pathway, you must have a job offer from an employer in another country and meet the requirements of the position. Selection is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, work experience, and language abilities.

In some cases, you may also need a valid travel document and meet the immigration requirements of the destination country.

Finding opportunities

Employment opportunities are limited and often highly competitive.

You can explore opportunities through organizations that support refugee access to international employment:

You can also find information about employment pathway opportunities through the Announcements section of this website.
