Education support
Education support includes:
- School enrolment and re-enrolment
- School kits and educational materials
- Follow-up on school attendance and academic progress
- Information and support for the DAFI scholarship programme
- Support for children facing challenges such as disability, school dropout, or difficulties adapting to school
- Awareness sessions for families on the importance of education
Support for survivors of GBV
AFAD provides:
- Psychosocial support
- Referral to medical, legal, and social services
- Safe shelter for women and children at risk
- Individual case management and follow-up
- Awareness and prevention activities
- Emergency support in cases of violence or serious threats
