- Family members who went missing carrying out their military duty and from whom you have no information, for example, because they may have been captured or detained as Prisoners of War.
- Civilian family members who may have been detained or with whom you may have lost contact due to movement across borders.
- Family members (military or civilian) deceased or presumed deceased.
