If you are a refugee, asylum seeker, or stateless and would like to meet face to-face with a UNHCR staff member, come and visit us at our reception hours. Make an appointment! You can approach us to talk about your individual situation, we want to know if you have feedback about our services and those from the organizations we work with, and how we can help. We are here to provide information, and guidance, and connect you with the services you need.
You need to make an appointment in advance by filling out the Kobo form. Without an appointment, we will not be able to receive you.
The Reception Hours are not for discussing issues related to UNHCR’s financial assistance. Please contact the cash hotline or use the Cash Assistance Feedback Form for any inquiry related to payments.
