Step-by-Step (خطوة خطوة) is a free evidence-based psychological support program for adults in Lebanon, designed by the World Health Organization in collaboration with the National Mental Health Program.
The five-week program offers tips and techniques that you can apply to your daily life to feel better and regain your energy.
You can also choose to receive some support by phone or message from a team of trained e-helpers for 15 minutes per week.
