UNHCR Spain informs of the reopening of its office, now located at Calle Hernani, nr. 59, 2nd floor. On this occasion, it is recalled that the UNHCR Office in Spain offers the following information provision services:

Exceptionally, and when deemed appropriate by the UNHCR team, in-person assistance may be provided by appointment at the UNHCR Office in Madrid.
NO IN-PERSON ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT. Appointments must be requested by phone at +34 91 077 21 50 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., or by email at [email protected], and will be scheduled following an assessment by the UNHCR team.
