Due to the year-end budget closures, all refugees enrolled on UNHCR’s cash program will receive advance winter payments for January. The winter cash is 700 lei per household, so you will see a deposit of 1,400 lei (December and January) in addition to your regular deposit.

Please, take care of your money. This is an advanced payment; you won’t be receiving winter cash in January.

The next payment for winter will be done in February and will continue in March for the persons who are already enrolled into our program. For new enrolments, we will continue the payments next year only monthly basis until March 2023.

To provide support during the winter season. Households enrolled in UNHCR’s cash program will receive additional assistance from November 2022 to March 2023. The winter cash, 700 lei per household, will be loaded to your existing bank card in addition to your regular payment.

The Moldexpo Enrolment Centre will be closed on October 13 and 14. You can approach nearby centres for information, legal counselling, enrolment into the EU Air Transfer program, or protection-related queries and support.
