My Services Portal

All services provided by UNHCR are free of charge.

UNHCR’s My Services is an online self-service portal provided by UNHCR for asylum-seekers and refugees in Malaysia to request certain services from UNHCR without the need to visit the office in person to make the request. The portal is safe, simple to use and can be accessed from a mobile phone or computer in English for the time being.

At present, the My Services portal is only available for individuals who are not yet registered with UNHCR in Malaysia and who wish to request UNHCR services.

Important

UNHCR encourages you to submit a request through the portal, even if you have already submitted an application through our previous Refugee Malaysia website. Rest assured, all requests are reviewed, and there is no preferential treatment based on how you submit your request.

For people already registered with UNHCR:

If you are already registered with UNHCR (have a UNHCR letter or card), you are not required to create a My Services account now. Currently, the portal is designed for individuals who are not yet registered with UNHCR in Malaysia and who need to request UNHCR’s services. Please refer to the Contact us page if you are registered and wish to update your phone number or ask for family inclusion or voluntary repatriation.

To use the My Services, you must first create an account. There is no need to approach the UNHCR Office or send an email to request an appointment or other services. If you are not registered with UNHCR, you can proceed directly to create an account through the portal.

Note that everyone – registered or non-registered – can also report arrest and detention, as well as fraud, corruption and exploitation on the Contact us page

Important:

Please create only one My Services account. If you have already created an account on My Services and submitted a request, you do not need to submit another request. UNHCR will review your request and contact you when action is required.

Due to the high number of requests received, it may take some time before you hear from UNHCR. We kindly ask for your patience while your request is being processed.
