Viewing and managing your appointments

The Appointments section of My Services portal allows you to request, view, and track your appointments for different services such as new registration, change in family composition, updating or correcting personal information, and so on as listed in the drop-down menu.

Through My Services portal, you can:

  • Request an appointment,
  • View appointment details,
  • Receive appointment notifications.

How to request an appointment:

You can request an appointment through the portal by logging in and completing your application. Once you submit your application it will create an appointment request and when you are granted the appointment, you will receive a notification about your appointment details, which you will also be able to see in the appointments page of the portal.

Please note the waiting times may be lengthy for UNHCR to contact you based on the appointment request you have made due to the large number of appointment requests received by UNHCR.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation in My Services portal. Depending on your contact preferences, you may also get an e-mail, or phone call.

The exact date and time will be scheduled by UNHCR. You will be notified once your appointment is confirmed.

If you missed your appointment, you may request another appointment through My Services but you will only be able to do so one time before the appointment requests are closed to you.

No. Each person must request their own appointment through their own My Services account. If someone else needs help, they must contact UNHCR or use their own account.
