Log in to your account
If you already have an account on My Services portal, you can log in at any time to continue your application, check your appointment status or update your contact details.
1Log in
Click on the ‘Log-in’ button.
2Enter your email address & password
Enter the email address and password you used when you created your account.
3Get the verification code
Enter the new verification code that will be sent to your email.
You will not need to enter a code sent to your mobile number when logging in again.
You can access the Privacy Notice for using My Services portal at any time.
Trouble logging in?
1I forgot my password.
Click on “Forgot password?” on the log-in page.
Follow the steps to reset your password using your registered e-mail address. Watch our tutorial video on how to reset your password.
You will receive a verification code and be asked to create a new password.
2I no longer have access to my e-mail.
If you cannot access the e-mail address linked to your account, you should contact UNHCR for support by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line starting with [My Services Account Issue].
3I entered the correct information, but it does not work.
- Make sure you have stable internet connectivity.
- Check that your e-mail address and password are typed correctly.
- Make sure you are using the e-mail address you used to create your account.
- Try copying and pasting the verification code instead of typing it.
- Wait a few minutes and try again if the system is slow.
