If you need someone to talk to, there are services that can help you feel better and cope with daily life.
You may want to seek help if you:
- Feel very sad, stressed, or anxious most of the time
- Have trouble sleeping or concentrating
- Feel angry or overwhelmed
- Have experienced trauma or difficult events
- Feel alone and need someone to talk to
Mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) include:
- Talking to a counsellor
- Emotional support and advice
- Group support activities
- Help for stress, anxiety, or trauma
- Support for children and families
