What if I am unable to use My Services portal?

My Services portal is an online platform for asylum-seekers and refugees to connect with UNHCR in Malaysia. If you are pending registration with UNHCR, you should create an account on My Services portal and submit your request here. If you are unable to use My Services portal for any reason, please seek help from your family, friends or community in Malaysia including your Community Based Organization.
