All services provided by UNHCR and partners are free of charge.
UNHCR created a self-service portal to help refugees and asylum-seekers to:
- View your data and profile on record with UNHCR
- Update your contact information
- Request an appointment for new registration
To use the online portal, refugees and asylum-seekers must first create an account.
- If you are a new asylum-seeker in Indonesia and are not yet registered with UNHCR, you can click on the button below to initiate your registration with UNHCR.
- If you are already registered with UNHCR Indonesia, please DO NOT create an online account through the button below. UNHCR will help you create an account on the online portal during the country-wide verification exercise taking place in 2024. If you are unable to create an account during the verification exercise, UNHCR will contact you separately.

- UNHCR is still developing this online portal. We will continue to add functions and services and will update this HELP site as these new functions become available.
