The UNHCR Indonesia self-service portal is being upgraded to UNHCR’s global My Services portal which is part of the Digital Gateway. You do not need to worry – all the services you already use will still be there. The upgrade will simply make the portal easier, safer, and more accessible.
Please be informed that the current Self-Service portal will be temporarily unavailable due to the scheduled system upgrade.
