UNHCR and Vaša Prava (UNHCR’s free legal aid partner) provide information on family reunification possibilities. People who have close relatives (often first-degree relatives) living in another country may be eligible to apply for family reunification, although this depends exclusively on the legislation of the country concerned.
If you think you may be eligible, you can contact UNHCR or Vaša Prava at the Information Centre in Sarajevo or in any of the reception centres. They can provide you with information on the relevant legislation and assist you during the procedure.
