The Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees is responsible for persons who have been granted refugee status or subsidiary protection, following a positive decision on their asylum application. A refugee or a person granted subsidiary protection has the option of being accommodated in the Salakovac Refugee Reception Centre (as long as space is available) or at a registered private address if he/she can arrange this for themselves.
