UNHCR, our partners and organizations that assist refugees in the camps in Bangladesh have information, complaints and feedback centres where you can:
- Learn more about their work and the assistance available
- Make confidential complaints
- Give suggestions and feedback about their work and services
- Speak directly to one of their workers about your situation
There are two different types of information points, but they all provide the same service, and refugees can approach any one of them:
- Complaints, Feedback and Mechanism (CFM) desks run by UNHCR Community-Based Protection and partners
- Feedback and Information Centre (FIC) desks run by IOM and partners
