To request temporary protection, you must schedule a PRIOR APPOINTMENT by phone or online, depending on the province where you are located:
- Málaga: At the CREADE in Málaga (Palace of Fairs and Congresses on Avenida Ortega y Gasset 201, Málaga). It is necessary to request a prior appointment by calling 628 216 478 (Spanish and Ukrainian, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
- Madrid: At the CREADE in Madrid (Training Center of the Social Security, Carretera de Carabanchel to Aravaca, 91, 20223 Pozuelo de Alarcón). It is necessary to request a prior appointment by calling 666 800 194 (Spanish and Ukrainian, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- Alicante: Temporary protection is processed at the National Police Station (Calle de la Ebanistería, 4, 03008 Alicante). It is necessary to request a prior appointment through this link. You can obtain more information at the CREADE in Alicante, by calling 96 522 47 89 – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Barcelona: First, you must make an appointment at the CREADE (San Fructuoso Street 78-80, Barcelona) by calling 932382199, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Once you have attended your appointment and received assistance and information from the Red Cross at the CREADE, they will provide you with an appointment to apply for temporary protection at the National Police Station (Guadalajara Street 1, Barcelona).
