If you need information or assistance on asylum, legal aid, services, social and administrative related issues, you can contact the Helpline for asylum seekers and refugees (Numero verde per richiedenti asilo e rifugiati), operated by ARCI in partnership with UNHCR, through the following channels:

- Call the Helpline number 📞 800 905 570, or 📞 +39 3511376335 (for Lycamobile/WhatsApp users). The service is available from Monday to Friday, h 9:30 – 17:00.
- Access the Front desk located in Rome, Largo Leopardi, 22. Opening hours: Tuesday, h 9:30-13 and Thursday, h 14-17.
Neither UNHCR nor its partner ARCI take money for any services. Their help is always free of charge. You should not be asked, at any point, to pay for any of the services provided.
