My Services Portal

All services provided by UNHCR and partners are free of charge.

UNHCR’s My Services is an online self-service portal for refugee and asylum-seeker in Indonesia to access services when you need them, without having to visit our offices in person.

With My Services portal you can:

  • View your data and profile on record with UNHCR
  • Update your contact information
  • Upload documents
  • Request an appointment for new registration
  • Request an appointment for adding your unregistered family members in Indonesia (including newborn registration)
  • Check resettlement case status

To use the online portal, refugees and asylum-seekers must first create an account.

  • If you are a new asylum-seeker in Indonesia and are not yet registered with UNHCR, you can click on the button below to initiate your registration with UNHCR.
  • If you are already registered with UNHCR Indonesia, please DO NOT create an online account through the button below. UNHCR will help you create an account on the online portal.

Please note that:

  • UNHCR is still developing this online portal. We will continue to add functions and services and will update this HELP site as these new functions become available.

IMPORTANT

UNHCR Indonesia shares announcements and updated information with refugees and asylum-seekers through the My Services portal. Notifications will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email based on your preferred communication channel selected in your My Services account.
