Inquiry, feedback and complaints

We would like to hear back from you on the services provided by UNHCR and its partners. You can provide us with feedback, recommendations and share your comments with us and report any problem, concern, complaint, or issue you face as a refugee, asylum-seeker or a stateless person in Bulgaria. Your feedback will be listened to, and we will take action.

The process is always safe and confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone or any organization without your consent. It is subject to UNHCR’s Data Protection Policy. Reporting an incident or raising concerns will not prevent you from receiving assistance and support.

Remember: All humanitarian assistance is free. No payments, no favors, no sexual exchange. This is called misconduct. Please report it through the Feedback and Complaint Form.
