Education/Language Courses

UNHCR Learning Materials: click here

There is no state institution that provides free Bulgarian language courses for adults. You can contact the Labor Bureau at your current address to check if such an opportunity exists.

There are international and non-governmental organizations that provide such support. As of 2026, these are the International Organization for Migration and Caritas. There you can find courses for levels A1, A2, B1, and B2, both in-person and online. You need to go and express your interest, and when a suitable group starts, you will be contacted.
