Vaša Prava BiH (VP) is an NGO and one of UNHCR’s partners which offers free legal information, legal counselling, and legal assistance services. Asylum in Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of their main areas of expertise.
You can contact Vaša Prava for help with:
- Free legal advice and services for the asylum procedure in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Information on rights and obligations;
- Access to justice without discrimination;
- Communication with local authorities for the asylum procedure.
Vaša Prava staff are frequently present at a number of the reception centres in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Usivak and Blazuj Temporary Reception Centres – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-13:00; Wednesday 11:00-14:00
- Lipa and Borici Temporary Reception Centres – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00-15:00
Vaša prava staff also conduct regular visits to other accommodation centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
