Can UNHCR help me to get a job or start a business?
UNHCR and our partners provide job training and business start-up grants to help refugees and those forced to flee their homes in Afghanistan.
We help people to earn an income by:
- Providing vocational training to help them find work
- Offering apprenticeships for graduates of our vocational training courses, so that they can train in a new job and earn an income at the same time
- Supporting them to start small businesses by providing start-up grants, and providing financial support to expand existing businesses
