We have complaint boxes outside our offices and centres in Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, Mazar, Kunduz, Gardes and Jalalabad. You can leave your written feedback in a complaints box, along with your contact details, and one of our staff will get back to you.

If you think you have been the victim of fraud or misconduct, you should report it to UNHCR immediately. Find out more about reporting fraud and misconduct here.
