Why keeping your information accurate matters

Keeping your information accurate and up to date is essential. It allows UNHCR to contact you when needed, provide updates about your case or available services, and reach you quickly in urgent situations.

If your personal or contact information is incorrect or outdated, you may miss important notifications or appointments. Regularly reviewing your profile and ensuring your details are correct helps UNHCR communicate with you effectively and provide the support you may need.
