My Services is an online free self-service portal provided by UNHCR for asylum-seekers in Thailand who are not registered with UNHCR. The portal is safe, simple to use, and can be accessed from a mobile phone or computer.
To use My Services, asylum-seekers must first create an account.
There is no need to visit the registration centre or send an email to request an appointment. If you are not registered with UNHCR, you can proceed directly to create a new account through the portal.
If you are already registered with UNHCR, you do not need to create an account. The portal is designed for new arrivals who are not yet registered with UNHCR in Thailand and who need to request a registration appointment for the first time.
