Gikondo Community Center:
The center is open from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
For walk-in counseling at Gikondo Community Centre please take note of the following schedule:
- Any protection concerns: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Litigation Desk: Wednesday from 9am to 12pm. Please contact Registration Hotline for scheduling to avoid your hearing being deferred to another day due to overbooking.
- Asylum counseling: Tuesday and Thursday from 9am until 4pm.
- Registration Reception desk is open every day.
Refugees are welcome to utilize Gikondo Community Centre free of charge to organize any activities that may benefit wider the refugee and asylum-seeker community in general.
