Please do not send letters or pay anyone, including members of your community, to send letters on your behalf requesting registration or resettlement.
Registration:
- Please use the My Services portal to request a registration appointment.
- Ensure that you note down the reference number, which you should show in case the authorities ask you for identification. This approach will allow us to better respond to such requests.
- Appointments will be communicated to you as our capacity allows. It will also help UNHCR to prioritise actual processing and other essential services.
Refugee-Status Determination
Appeals for refugee status determination (RSD) decisions and reopening requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Fraud
- If you have information about fraud and corruption committed by UNHCR staff and/or UNHCR Partner Agencies, please report it to UNHCR’s Inspector General’s Office (IGO) based in Geneva, Switzerland, for an independent investigation. This can be done via the IGO’s Online Complaint Form.
