Starting from 10 April 2022, UNHCR Iran reception centers will only receive individuals who have prior appointments, confirmed through our hotline telephone numbers.
Individuals who approach reception centers without prior appointment will not be received (with the exception of urgent cases) and will be requested to contact UNHCR hotlines and raise their concerns and requests.
UNHCR offices will schedule you for an in-person interview only if further assessment is needed.
