The Social Pharmacy
The Social Pharmacy provides medicine, para-pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, aids and other health material, in addition to offering psychosocial support and employment counselling and support with other social welfare services of the municipality and/or other structures to deal with poverty.
If eligible, you can apply to receive support by the Social Pharmacy by providing the following documents:
– Application (to be completed at the Social Service of KYADA)
– ID Card
– Last tax declaration
-Travel document and residence permit for all family members (if they are not Greek citizens)
– Unemployment card (if available)
– Lease contract if the house is rented or proof of permanent residence or DEI, OTE, EYDAP bills. If the person is hosted, the E1 and DEKO (DEI, OTE, EYDAP) bill of the hosted person
Applications can be submitted throughout the year at 35 Piraeus Street (opening hours on weekdays 9 am – 3 pm). All supporting documents must be submitted in photocopies. The service re-examine all cases every year to with the aim to their socio-economic situation and thus eligibility.
