UNHCR Resources on the Conditions in Haiti

On March 20, 2024, UNHCR published International Protection Considerations with Regard to People Fleeing Haiti. This document can be found here.

On November 3, 2022, UNHCR released a non-return statement for Haiti, which calls on all states to suspend forcible returns of people to Haiti. The statement can be found here.
