Applications are now open for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program. The program offers 12‑month paid placements for young graduates across Africa including refugee and internally displaced persons (IDPs), providing hands‑on work experience, mentorship, and employability training.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates with 0-2 years of work experience
- Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumni
- Alumni of other Mastercard Foundation programs
- Young people aged 18-35 across Africa
