How do I report sexual exploitation and abuse by UNHCR, UN or NGO staff?

What is sexual exploitation? Sexual exploitation is the act of abusing or attempting to abuse a state of vulnerability, an unequal balance of power or a relationship of trust for sexual purposes.

What is sexual abuse? Sexual abuse is any sexual assault committed with force, coercion or faciliated by an unequal balance of power, the threat of such an attack also constituting sexual abuse.

Sexual exploitation and sexual abuse are unacceptable and prohibited behaviors for all UN personnel and NGO partners.
