The Government of Tajikistan is responsible for helping people who arrive in the country and are seeking asylum. 

If you want to apply for asylum, you can submit your application to the Department on Citizenship and Work with Refugees at the Passport Registration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. You must submit your application within 1 month of arriving in Tajikistan. You can submit your application or contact them at the following:
