JRS provides services related to legal assistance, social work, and psychological and health care support to refugees in reception centres and the community.

aditus provides information and legal services for a range of human rights issues.

The University of Malta Legal Clinic provides counselling by law students under supervision.

Legal Aid Malta is the governmental agency responsible for the provision of free legal assistance to individuals who cannot afford their own lawyer. Individuals in the asylum procedure are entitled to assistance from a Legal Aid lawyer at appeal stage.

Women’s Rights Foundation (WRF) provides legal support to survivors of gender-based violence (e.g. domestic violence).
